buy for long term...nothing to worry.....if you try to study the whole development in this area n nearby 5km radius... n look into the connectivity of this area...ur prepective will be different... tongue.gif

the whole development of SV 2 will be around 2k units...?

not yet include UNO, Lavile, Parc 3, M Oscar, One Cohcrane, Contiview... maybe easily 10k units supply in next 2 to 4 years...

Im currently own VR2 (most premium cos is freehold and direct integrate with Sunway Velocity development)... but Im not so optimist in subsales performance... the rental is around 3k to 3.5k for VR2... maybe SV2 will be slightly 2.8k to 3.2k for 2 beds...

i got business there... and my down payment is more than 50%...different games compare ordinary ikan bilis investors... monthly installment 1k plus only... but when deposit 10%...so can ngam ngam cover nia or still lose few hundreds to thousand

Not much la... For VR 1 and 2 about 20%... With consist 10% for freehold, 5% for direct link to mall, boleuvard Street mall, hospital, offices... And 5 % for low density and nice city skyline view

For VR3, cheaper another 20% compared SV2...
