Just came back from the sales gallery last week and the sales staff mentioned that Tower A & B completion date is pushed back to Jul - Sept 2023 timeframe. They're expecting to pay out the LAD.

Hope this is the last delay as it looks almost done.

Any buyer here received the gold wafer from the CNY promo yet? I received mine, and it looks very different from Sunway's marketing material. Anyone else here getting a different gold wafer as well?

Would think that this kind of pricey property from a premium developer would have very few lelongs? And if they did it would attract a bidding war no? It all hinges on if the property is overpriced for the area and Sunway is the price maker here is it not?

I think auction unit will come, it's only time matter gua, for example sunway serene auction bumi lot arrived after vped. Able to go velocity shopping 3 to 4 time, the business there at weekday is just so so only, a lot of Chinese restaurant near to the medical center (the China walk) a lot was closed. So feel like velocity is still overshadowed by pavilion as it same mrt line to Bukit Bintang.

So it's may got auction as taman maluri have too much condo vped in this year. The rental market's share to too many project.
