ikano side will be 1.3k min....

rental for velocity about 3k to 3.5k.....but problem is other surroundings incomplete, so may drop to 2.5k to 2.8k or worst....

seen some workers doing soil testing few weeks back.....still got squatters staying on land for development.....yet to move out.....probably by mid year or year end......by then will be too costly to consider......

This will probably be the only way for the time being until Phase 2 is completed so that you can use its bridge to connect back to the latter if you're exiting from the Cochrane MRT station.

what is the rear bridge for? connect to the new development by Sunway too? Think like 1k units too. Already full speed on construction.

just took on friday. disappointing, lots of minor defects. overall design is good. too many facilities. likely need 50cents psf fees in future.

Those rent and stock all syok sendiri.

Go ask owners how many suffering empty units and low rent lah. Lavile already suffering, u think velo no suffer?

Seriously got MK rental range in velo?...lol.....jangan syok sendiri, wake up smell the roses...even got super rare and need high end reno.

For typical range I would say rm2k to rm3.5k max rental. Also, if you get high rental make sure to do spot checks. They may go stick in 6 to 8 person which is illegal as per KPKT.
