sunway velo2 is strictly banning on airbnb A tourist family from china booked velo2 airbnb but when reaching the lobby, got halau by guard so sad, those owners are really not responsible here, to let tourists take risk just because they think they can sneak pass the guard Babizz liked this post

I just stay nearby, very familar with the areathe rental rate you mentioned i don't doubt it, but at the same time i don't think all the units that rented out are rented at this price with so many units for rent, just to see how the price war goes. There are over 700 units pending for rent, not to mention when velocity 3 is completed, the rental price war is going to be a disaster. I agree that SV2 is doing very well. I tried to rent a 2-bedroom unit there and contacted several agents via PropertyGuru, but either the units were already rented out or there were many Airbnb scams trying to steal the rental deposit
