I only changed the cable which connect satellite with sub, while the sub to sound card was stock cable.

Will it make any diff by changing the stock cable for the sub to soundcard one? I also change the satellite speaker cables only coz I dunno whether there'll be improvement of not changing that cable.

Last time I forgot which Edifier fan guys always come in altec lansing section here insult the altec lansing speakers. Hope these guys won't be existed in here again. I think that guy is creating several duplicate accounts to incite the Altec Lansing users go to his Edifier fans club and lure all the Altec Lansing users go choose for the Edifier brand.

Only support for Altec Lansing speakers.

Altec Lansing speakers nice in crisp and clean sound even though the subwoofer not as powerful as the others brand 12" inch subwoofer.

The main purpose for choosing Altec Lansing because we don't want the sound deliver from speakers were covered by the annoying subwoofer bass sound.

AL is a nice choice for users who did listen for pop, pop rock, ballad music.

all your posts don't make sense.
u like it then fine, but no need to exaggerate as if you have the best ear what so ever.

u can support, but not brainwash people to buy altec lansing. the way i saw your posts, it all look like propaganda.
learn to post properly then more people respect you.

personally for me, altec is fine, just that i prefer others. whistling.gif whistling.gif

Frankly speaking, the Edifier speakers sounds too light. You know what I mean? I just speak out of my mind.

Of course, I'm not talking about the high end Edifier like S530 and S550, I just talking about the RM200-300 Edifier.

i used to be edifier fanboy as well.
if u notice my latest post, despite people suggestion about M3300, i dont suggest M3300 anymore. despite i have one set in my house.

but again i dont blame myself or anyone who has it, i just don't like its subwoofer for being muddy, no sub crossover and so on. that's why quietly i upgrade to klipsch gmx. then i gave my M3300 to someone else.

but when i tell people about it, i do always write their pros and cons.
therefore its balanced. try to do it as well.

Altec Lansing really used to be very good, their older batch of speakers if you're still able to find them. The VS4121 and MX5021 used to be legend. I'm also used to be a die hard fan of Altec Lansing last time until I bought the cut-cost VS4121 which is really disappointing I would say. No offense it's true, the performance of newer batch of AL is really sux compared to the old one.
