Losing belly fat may seem as one of the hardest missions to ever accomplish. However, don't worry it is definitely not impossible because not very long ago, I was walking in your shoes as well and now I have a belly as flat as a paper. Initially, I started doing some of belly workouts (mostly crunches), but then I came across an amazing and effective natural way that helped me accomplish my mission while simultaneously doing my workouts within a month itself. I would highly recommend you to check it out for yourself at http://intergratedmedicine.com/ as well.

Hi,
Keep doing cardio exercise . Do HIIT( High intensity interval training), Google it , if you don't know what it means. do sub-exercise like plank, crunches. healthy eating. Follow these tips, your belly surely going decrease.

Speak for yourself when a doctor like me uses less than 15 bucks a day for food. And i don't use fat burners. Who's the idiot now? Btw, Ario knows me personally. We hang out a lot together. He can vouch for how much i spend out food. You're a dumb ass seriously.

I, for one wouldn't considered myself an elite. Having said that I cut from 92kg (BF:34.3) to 62.5 (BF:6.2) in the shortest period, and up til today, still in search how to lower the daily cost to maintain a good physique. Don't mind to share with you TBirch, I spend less than RM250 monthly. When a person knows nothing, first learn to be humble. You learn to call "mum" before you speak dirty. That's dreaming wrong with current society. Sigh...

I'm a student once and RM 11.50 is enough to provide me a 2500kcal food a day. Mind you it is not junk food but healthy food. Just because you can't do it, doesn't mean that everyone shouldn't.

Heck, you still somehow proud of your Lipo 6. You think that it is a magic fat reduction muscle increasing super preworkout stuff issit?

yeah eat nasi kandar for lunch then starve for whole day. sounds like a pretty shitty diet. no wonder you have small chicken legs. noob.

Lol? Several members here have my FB account and i post pics of my quads. You're a very sad egotistical individual. You need serious help. And Arrio has posted a pic of his calves in the progress thread. I'm willing to bet everyone here looks better than you even in their worst condition. You only have words. Sorry, better keep taking fat burners mkayz? wink.gif

Lolololol!!! It's been MORE than 4 YEARS since I've stepped foot there. A lot has changed. You're a clown man. I don't even have to slam you. You're pwning yourself.

Professional biker, my ass! If i don't ever recall noticing you, you're not even worth a glance.

Heh. He rides men. So far everyone here has the courage to post pics but he doesn't. All he can claim is he has a better bodypart but doesn't post anything.

Have you seen him in person recently? Have you train with him before? Do you know how hard he train for his legs?

Don't bother replying as the expected answer from you would be 'No' for all questions asked above.

Please, tune down your ego. It only makes you look bad and disrespectful.
