QUOTE(GloryKnight @ Jan 11 2014, 01:14 AM) Its possible to grow muscles and cut down fat too right? I've been reading and searching for info on this and is it the best way is to bulk first and then cut? i heard its possible if u r new and maybe if your fat percentage is higher than say 13% better for u to cut 1st if u dont wanna have too much fat on ur body when u r bulking. Its up to u but for me cutting is way more harder than bulking and i also read that the leaner u r the better u can gain muscle. Just my 2 cents, correct me if im wrong cuz im new in this |

QUOTE(alikato94 @ Jan 11 2014, 02:07 AM) i am sorry because disturb another people thread.. just wanna ask I don't really like the concept of 'motivation'. You make your mind start from a negative state, with motivation as the drug. What you need is a solid, unshakable resolve. Ask yourself, what are you doing this for? to look good? to get healthier? All are good reasons, but you must know this for yourself. how actually we can get motivation? because i always feel "malu" wanna exercise/jogging outside.. and end up with depression. When you have that resolve, you won't feel ashamed going out to exercise. After all, no one is born with good looking physique right off the bat. They all worked hard for it. It takes time, patience and a lot of effort. Look at it this way.. by going out to exercise you are already doing better than most people who just want to use shortcuts / gimmicks, or dont want to get off that couch at all. |

There is always time for exercises. Manage your time.how actually we can get motivation? because i always feel "malu" wanna exercise/jogging outside.. and end up with depression. Companionship: Get a friend/buddy to join you so you don't have to go through it alone. Destination: Set a goal for yourself. What do you really want? Lose some bodyfat? Gain strength? Look like Hulk Hogan? Run 12 marathons in 2014? Set the destination so you know you are closer to goal. No matter what destination you set, the journey is a struggle. All you gotta do is survive. EDIT: Not necessarily the Hulkamania himself... you can opt for Bruce Lee too... This post has been edited by decypher: Jan 11 2014, 01:24 PM |
