Its possible to grow muscles and cut down fat too right? I've been reading and searching for info on this and is it the best way is to bulk first and then cut?

i heard its possible if u r new and maybe if your fat percentage is higher than say 13% better for u to cut 1st if u dont wanna have too much fat on ur body when u r bulking. Its up to u but for me cutting is way more harder than bulking and i also read that the leaner u r the better u can gain muscle.

Just my 2 cents, correct me if im wrong cuz im new in this thumbup.gif

There is no spot reduction. You just start exercising then go on and on until you hit your target.

You need to get motivation. It's really important.

I don't really like the concept of 'motivation'. You make your mind start from a negative state, with motivation as the drug. What you need is a solid, unshakable resolve. Ask yourself, what are you doing this for? to look good? to get healthier? All are good reasons, but you must know this for yourself.

When you have that resolve, you won't feel ashamed going out to exercise. After all, no one is born with good looking physique right off the bat. They all worked hard for it. It takes time, patience and a lot of effort. Look at it this way.. by going out to exercise you are already doing better than most people who just want to use shortcuts / gimmicks, or dont want to get off that couch at all.

Consistency: Commit yourself to exercise on certain days of the week. There is always time for exercises. Manage your time.

Companionship: Get a friend/buddy to join you so you don't have to go through it alone.

Destination: Set a goal for yourself. What do you really want? Lose some bodyfat? Gain strength? Look like Hulk Hogan? Run 12 marathons in 2014? Set the destination so you know you are closer to goal.

No matter what destination you set, the journey is a struggle. All you gotta do is survive.

EDIT: Not necessarily the Hulkamania himself... you can opt for Bruce Lee too...

Can ... If you can finished the workout in 5 min ...
I take 10 seconds between workout and 30 seconds between sets .. so 2 min for one quick round .. by right 6 min for 3x .. but usually takes 10 min
