if u ever tried his abs workout u might get impressed. i personally have been doing them and my big tummy shrunk down in size. since its free.. why not trying it? they only need 5-10mins and you're done making your body burn more fat

i dont know what u lol at.. maybe u never try or lazy to do abs exercises? i didnt mean burn belly fat only and i know bodyfat burn as a whole and there is no spot reduction. plus i lift weights intensely so the abs exercises r as a finisher to my workout nod.gif

I loled at your previous reply, that's why.

If you know that there is no spot reduction, then you surely know that Mike Chang's 6 pack shortcut is just not worth it to have a look on.

But then you said that "I personally have been doing them and my big tummy shrunk down in size". Is that due to the Mike Chang's secret?

Obviously not. It's all about calorie in vs calorie out. Not because you have been doing extensive abs workout since you said it already that spot reduction doesn't work.

nononono.. i strongly believe (diet + weight training + abs exercises) must do all this in order to burn body fat and gain muscle mass so u have better shape from trainings. AGAIN IF u r willing to try.. me personally by doing this for 1-2 weeks can feel my big and strong upper two packs. hey at least u gain something while waiting for your bodyfat to burn by itself?

struggling and still got a long way to go to reach 10% bodyfat laugh.gif

me agree, i dont think there is anything wrong when you do abs exercise, its just like doin any other concentrate exercise in which you hope to have a bigger and nicer muscles. calories in n calories out is important, but still you need to train the particular muscle group for it to be stronger and bigger, my 2 cents.

It's now circulating through the youtube about Mike Chang Cheated.
He used that term to attract more users to watch his clip and to also buy his product.
Well.. he mention that he made his own energy pill or something by testing the whole market and say that all are gimmicks but his is ultimate.
The product is not readily available in amazon and seems to purchase it, it only through his own official site. Comes in a package too.

never bother about their products or buy stuffs from them.. but he did uploaded some very useful tips.. i thank him for that but sorry for not falling to his gimmicks

so u cannot say 'his exercises are useless and ignore them' they r actually useful.. but the truth is that, thats his marketing strategy

yea.. i tried his method. Not that easy.

Got me panting after the 3rd set. I'm grasping for air afterwards.

Though i did some warm up , light endurance exercises before i added his method in.

of coz i did check my diet as well.
But to really see fast results, u'll need the help of those supplements.
Don't want to be like captain america though.
I prefer to lose it naturally.
