Fire drill ?? - see few assembly point signage

I though it was real fire.

no worries..even if its really on fire, bomba surely can rush here in 1 - 2 minutes.

what is brio square?

As some owners might be on year end vacation.....
can anyone tell what exactly happened last night?
Is there really a fire? On which floor if it is true?
Some info can put us to relief.

26th floor fire but maybe not serious
i walked down all the way to lobby but hardly anybody either they ignored the alarm or ..?
took some time to clear and guards were running around looking confused and looking for the source
no bomba were seen coming so it raises the question whether we are connected to bomba and what if it is a real fire
it shows very bad management
if real fire all our assets are gone by now

anybody noticed the water supply last few days smell bad?
like rotten something

how to stop illegals cars from parking behind the road to serviced apartment?
last night was a long stretch and they walked pass the lobby into sw
this is rubbish. why the guards not stopping it?


all doors should be installed with tag access
some drunkards walked into the lobby and sleep
some trying to look for toilets

Yea Prevent is better than cure..
Maybe this is the first time the management faces problem like this..
Let this be an alert to us and hopefully there will be good changes in future.

very dodgy when it comes to big party with all sorts of people walking hanging around near R2 entrance
glad that they have locked the entrance to car park for security reason

Yes, hope JMB look at these matters seriously,

Not just hanging around, I remember seeing drunkard vomits on the floor right infront of R2 entrance when I visited last time.

R2 area is a good spot for many
they use it to call and to talk away from loud music some treat it like their area conveniently walk in and out and to behind car park
access tag is a solution
only residents

also please install one signboard
now no sign board
just install "RESIDENCE(BRIO)" right now no sign some people thought it is office

why until today no newspaper launching opening of SW?

and the guard is Jockey Parking

that why parking machine really need to increase, always very loooong queue during this festive/holiday season. It doesnt make a good impression for visitors..

Any idea which car park ticket machine broke down?

BBC(Bad Boy Cooks) is significant crowd puller during lunch and dinner at Oasis Square. Their placement of main door facing the large empty space may turn it into a "Brio Square" of sort. That space got to be spruced up to a level that befits a main lane and an area that faces and leads to the main entrance of Brio. Obviously any discussions with BF to find a permanant solution to the many issues created by them must include improving the image at that location. In fact BF has suggested a "3D Wallpaper design based on nature theme in line with Setia Walk environment" at that location. Not sure whether that is a good enough and a long term workable solution acceptable to residents/tenants/owners and thus JMB.

These are all the SW visitors (mostly Chinese) who took advantages on FREE PARKING by claiming as SW visitors.
