noise at sw facing ldp is terrible. extremely terrible
i wonder how those residents survive
it starts every day from 8pm intermittently until 10-11pm where it starts to get really loud
club music is getting louder and louder with DJs shouting and shouting
suspect from beer factory or sector 7 and sometimes from muzeum
i understand JMB has reported to MPSJ but so far no solution

the loud noise may kill sw eventually
only party animals who stay up late, people who play music and watch tv loud loud until 3am can stay
after 3am can sleep
every day like this
not for family
this is for facing ldp

about the AGM, how to be nominated and elected?
why deadline is so short on 30Nov?
JMB should publish all candidates for some time before AGM so that owners have time to vote
picture, background of candidate, etc same like how people campaign for general election?

It seems that the legal suit on bf is not on the excessive noise
It is a waste of resources on a glass structure
Excessive noise is the issue and the ugly back structure blocking R2 entrance as 2nd issue
They should be a control in the allowable noise in dB.

After the AGM, on sat night, even louder shouting and partying music was played until nearly 3am. What is the solution?

A123. Congratulations. I have also voted for you hope you will fight for the noise issue. It is unfortunate that some of those nominated (residents who really fight for all residents) were not voted into JMC. I think Ivan, Samantha, and few more. A123 hope you can still contact them to hear their feedback as sub-committee group.

The AGM was conducted badly
No grouping was done on the list of nominated candidates. Instead, they flipped through pages to find nominees for R1, R2, R3, etc.
At least group all nominees within same table la..
Even the counting was not verified
Was it accurate?
No check of ID (MyKad) during registration
Anybody can just walk in to pretend to represent a unit and vote!
There was a committee member who runs pest control and cleaning businesses. Did he supply to SW? Is he still in JMC?

Also poor co-ordination with the Head of FM constantly asking his team to update the screen.
Could we then trust this team in managing our service charge?

why the entrance for bad boy cooks is at the side?
is it because of feng shui not good facing the noisy sector 7 or the ugly brick walls workers chill out makan area?
by side entrance it eats into R2 area near enough

whether the elevated u turn will help residents more or visitors to commercial lots? at present it is long queue trying to make a U turn into SW residents so this U turn will offer 2nd option or it becomes the only option where they will shut down the present U turn?

it looks like R2 is catching up with the older Solace R3! so R2 is doing well
central location with 2 doors to the lobby the largest of all
also i think the noisiest from beer factory and sector 7

lrt still lack progress so capital appreciation may be slower
also other properties are under construction which may bring potential tenants away from SW in the future

yes R2 face ugliest entrance
brick wall no air
no water shooting to the sky
i wonder the brick wall is included in the lawsuit?
is it legal?

yes repeated songs every night kinda sian ady
free music but it beats into the heart and makes it harder to have a peaceful night
maybe F1 ear plug is a good solution!

i think all the mess we faced now is due to developer not exercising control
i remember during launch they have segregated SW into few zones but it does not look like it now with all sorts of shops as neighbour

it is always shit happens then try to solve the shit
if there is proper guideline and control i'm sure the brick walls would not be even constructed
so now how to demolish it? the best sw as developer can do is to build a partition like a celebrity walk partition where workers of sector 7 and beer factory can hide behind their zone
so to walkers, they will walk pass a nice facade not knowing behind lies workers lepak zone
can this be done?

if you go up 1st floor
it is another failure
no reputable tenant but someone just rented the place to sell cheap clothes
manned by a foreign worker who does not look like having a work permit
then the lift is also dilapidated to the v-park
the speaker in the lift is super loud to inform visitors they are flying to the v-park at the top

26th floor fire but maybe not serious
i walked down all the way to lobby but hardly anybody either they ignored the alarm or ..?
took some time to clear and guards were running around looking confused and looking for the source
no bomba were seen coming so it raises the question whether we are connected to bomba and what if it is a real fire
it shows very bad management
if real fire all our assets are gone by now
