But then the transactions might be slower due to being affected by the whole property market, am I right?

I am actually quite concerned about the rentals.

Yest received 3 calls from agents ask my unit want to rent or sell - think demand still strong but rental might not high.

Really the 3 rooms type. Just RM1400 rental only. Already spoilt the market.

I think this is exceptional case lah, if true. I check with my agent - she just rent out a 2 rooms unit at level 8 (facing wawasan), partly furnish for 1.6k on 2 years contract.

It would be of great help, davkong, if you can post your observations at the for owners and tenants only FB I mentioned. Many JMC members and fellow residents(200+) are there. If you agree, I can post it there on your behalf if you are still in the process of been vetted to join the group. Thanks.

Hi a123, for residents feedback is good to update r1,r2,r3 noticeboard on the new appointed reps (with pic & contact). Than we decide a common place to discuss all related issues.

LEt's say lah, let's say only. If a foreign uni campus want to open a campus at SW, would SW residences welcome them ?

Occupy the empty hotel block is good suggestion and bring in more biz for makan outlet. But big NO-NO turning R1,R2 & R3 into student hostel.

Quote from Nasi Kukus TTR FB
"All chicken were sold out by 1.30pm on Wed, Thur and Fri this week. So sorry we have to turn away so many guests. Did not anticipate the overwhelming response although supply was gradually increased. Our chicken are not frozen at any time. Instead fresh chicken are used to ensure natural sweetness without the addition of MSG. Daily volume anticipation is thus critical. Thank you for enjoying Nasi Kukus TTR. Daily volume would be further increased next week to ensure more get to enjoy Nasi Kukus TTR - a most delicious recipe from The East Coast of M'sia."

Since so good biz no need open on weekend lor.
