it looks like R2 is catching up with the older Solace R3! so R2 is doing well
central location with 2 doors to the lobby the largest of all
also i think the noisiest from beer factory and sector 7

lrt still lack progress so capital appreciation may be slower
also other properties are under construction which may bring potential tenants away from SW in the future

1 of the most recent transactions done

type  D 845 sf unit # R2-XX-13A
sold at RM580k or RM686 psf.

new owner doesn't mind F1 or aeroplane sound as long as the view is unobstructed.

honestly, i second this point - the view > sound...

I appreciate the possibility of opening curtain daily without scaring ppl staring inside... laugh.gif

noise wise, is still songs right, i can live with it, only complain is the songs keep repeating daily and kind of out-dated... yawn.gif

I've talked to the pub owner regarding the possibility of playing mozart music after 9pm daily, but seems like they still working on it now...

Haha.... it felt like two worlds apart, the facing commercial units and the facing forest units. I enjoyed opening my balcony door wide and enjoying the breeze and night scenery, no noise except some dogs barking below. You can see the moon on good nights from the balcony and also sunrise every morning. Perfect!

R2...there's a surau yes, but personally I don't feel affected by the loudspeaker. It's like the occasional "surat khabar lama" announcement.

I'll hear it during weekends at home when I usually open up the balcony door and windows. Usual days after work, I don't hear any azan from the surau with my windows and doors closed, even if I do hear something it's negligible and not disturbing.
