But I really like their living and working culture. Work when work and have fun when play. Walking also different. Their attitude is quite good overall. If u drop a wallet in their restaurant in Tokyo, it would be stil there or they take it and run to get u.

Most Malaysians are quite disillusioned about Japan and HER products. Toyota cars were recalled in USA, Europe & China in the previous years, but Malaysia did not do so. The contamination is the latest complication to arise as part of the cleanup of the Dai-Ichi plant, which suffered meltdowns as a result of the March 11, 2011 earthquake and subsequent tsunami. Government officials said that at least 300 tons of radiated water was flowing from the plant into the ocean each day. Well talking about culture.....this devastation of pouring 300 tons of poison in the sea is good? Kindly read & assess accordingly....

Everything has its flip sides, both bad and good. We just filter and learn the good things lor.
IMHO, i think we can learn few things from the Japs such as good discipline, civic mindedness, cleanliness and innovation.

Hahaha...its certainly distracting. But the idea of devastation that caused by the Japanese during WWI & WWII and now the 300 tons of poison into our sea is not a joke. Culturally, the Japs copied the culture from China concerning the Zen & Confucius theories.

Maxis reverted after my complaint to MCMC on the non-availability of fiber internet at Setia Walk.

Bad news:
No timeline as to when fiber internet will be made available at Setia Walk.

Good news:
Maxis is "upgrading" the existing copper lines at Setia Walk. Quota-based packages for internet speeds of 8-10Mbps will be made available by Maxis in the next 1 - 1.5 months.

HI anyone know of the launching price of those shop lots in SW? There might be some variance depending on the size/type.
Say for those typical build up shops of 1,455sqf/1451sqf for 1st/ground floor type?

was around RM700psf ground. now rm1500psf also consider cheap

what about the 1st floor retail shop? could it be around rm350-400psf?

Bro any new shops launching at rm700psf anymore? Or all 1 hr away from KL?

First floor it is now from RM850psf upwards. Ground RM1200psf upwards.
For ground floor prime location facing water feature (eg. Amelio, Muzeum, Starbuck, etc), willing buyer rate is now RM2,500psf but no willing seller!

No such thing RM2500 psf. Even RM2000 psf for corner unit is still very hard to find buyer.
