Offices demands going up as LRT going to operate. I can see car parks getting fillup very quickly nowadays

The U bridge to SW is opened to traffic by the rightfull local authorities. The bridge is not part of the current asset of JMB SW. Details yet to finalize.

Sorry for delay in my update on SW anchor hotel. I just did not have any futher information earlier.
Just learnt management is still helping owner with details in order for them to submit detailed renovation plans. The project is a confirmed one as far as management knows. Hotel name/brand still unknown to SW JMB.

Latest update.
Some have by now realise the Big Rock sculpture had been torn down already.
From what I know within JMC, I have to give a benefit of doubt and assume it was torn down by mistake due to miscommunication. Still working within JMC to find out what actually occured.
Will update again at next suitable point as this case progresses.

The place looks high class. But that place not friendly enough as not accepting credit cards. Only cash terms. Went to Tappers n Wong kok and both place only taking cash. Need to bring cash to go spend there...apa lar...

Many of the F&B are having those set lunch and other promo to make it more competitive. biz is quite tough.
