Many of the F&B are having those set lunch and other promo to make it more competitive. biz is quite tough.

then it should make more and not only serving 100 ppl only.

the residences quite easy to rent out. say partly furnish ard RM1.8K
but the shop/retail are struggling, many still vacant. these owners are pretty cash rich and can hold so long |
