I did Google & found out a lot about this 云数贸 mainly related to some sort of MLM scheme which could be another investment scam. There's lot of discussion mainly on the China forum.

Yeah. It's a ponzi, scam, mlm scheme. As usual people never learn from mistake and there is always easy money.

SW commercial upkeep is really disappointing.
1) The waterscape is now filled with rubbish and some even dry up without water. Looking at the waterscape now, you wouldn't dare to put your feet inside. The laminar jet is now stop functioning
2) The escalator in SW mall was broken for almost 2 weeks without repair. The whole escalator was barred from using. The other escalator located outside always not functioning as if it was never repair.
3) Paying the parking ticket is a whole lot of hassle. Can't something immediate action be taken instead. I rather pay RM4 at the entrance than waiting for long que each time.

SW commercial really needs a professional mall management company that is separated from the resident to do a proper job. At this moment, everything seems not right. The pubs should be paying higher maintenance fees due to their customer profile causing higher maintenance. JMB kindly appoint a professional mall management before people start cursing never return to SW.

101% fully agreed with u. SW not fully occupied already seem like abandon place at times.

The water cylinder and sphere that suppose to have lighting at nite also gone, what is happening actually????

The parking machine is really frustrating, notes rejecting is one of the main concern also.

Also i don understand why the lift at commercial area stop operating after 11pm? it is so inconvenience.

i'm sure owner has received the survey form
it's better all these are filled in the survey form as the survey form is on FM
like i said before, there does not seem to be control by spsetia
it looks like any shop can just rent and operate there
there is no zone as initially claimed during launch where one area is play, one area is relaxation etc like setia city mall where one corner is selling sports stuff.
if sp setia approach is hands off after selling all their properties then we suffer
maintaining an air cond pedestrian bridge can be proposed to spsetia to share with lrt
lrt works is far from happening at stn 07
i have the crane parked there for a period of time
if you look at it daily
hardly any work
it's like there is no urgency
mrt receives more publicity than lrt
why?
mrt progress moves much faster than lrt
now you can only see slow works from ioi mall slowly move to the other side

i have checked the corner shop
cd tup something (really looks like a money changer with all the pictures of currencies)
can win one bmw! there are pictures of guys with all cash on the living room if you check one blog
like relating to one hong kong firm
so it means any shop can open in sw without control?
few shops under renovation now not sure what business will open

Because 3years ago, there is new term in property FTTH, mean fiber to the home. all development should complete fiber optic infrastructure in order to use TM service.

but likes urs mentioned, some developer not willing to pay the money to TM, hence the whole infrastructure will be support by other telco provider.

So, estimate since last year and 2014 estimated completed project will face this problem.

The survey form has nothing to do with jmb. Term of current fm expires on 31.5.14. Some unkown parties are trying very hard to keep current fm.

Thanks for commenting. JMB is in the process of getting a more professional management. Target date for new management is 1.6.14. Some people outside of JMB is resisting the move. But JMB with the blessing of developer, is determined to make it happen for the benefit of all.

New FM to be replaced only in June, that is still about 3 mths to go. Even when new FM take over it still need a month or two to familiarise. Kindly do consider putting a new management just for the commercial. It can be for trial purpose before JMB fully appoint them. Take the 3 months as a transition period for the current FM to handover. Paying a new management now doesn't cost the JMB coffer. It is so much cheaper than our electricity bill. Btw, any update on electricity bill ? Thanks.

that is so called normal problem after completion right?
hopefully all of the developer will take note about it.
my last lecturer told me that high quality easy to maintain but hard to maintain.
