Parking should be free for a bit longer. At least occupancy for shop office about 40-60%.

Dear YT Teh, I would like to suggest that collection of fund can be done via autodebit. Appreciate your service as treasurer as well as other JMB committee members.

QUOTE(hotjazz @ Feb 26 2014, 11:05 PM) really? why can't search any result here about coverage... I was told it was available since last month. Tokyo Kitchen has already installed maxis fibre. You can check out the modem at their front counter https://new.maxis.com.my/en/personal/intern...e-internet.html |

QUOTE(Akimoto Shun @ Mar 5 2014, 03:05 AM) If not mistaken, banks do sign contract with dedicated network provider (in this case, bank islam one maybe TM - Unifi). And given the criticality of the banks customer information and real time monetary transactions, bank network need to run on dedicated infrastructure which vendor will promise better uptime and strict SLAs for issue turnaround time. So, when these contracts are signed, even if the branch is at ulu ulu place, the vendor need to ensure the network setup is there. These contracts are different to normal consumer offering... Maxis fibre is running on unifi's infra. However they need to install the last mile connection.Btw, I thought maxis fiber is running on top of tm fiber infrastructure. So... I guess it doesn't open to us doesn't mean it isn't here, it probably mean that there is some leasing contract rules between maxis and tm which tm can have a better rental rate from maxis if they “give place” , unless they can cover that lost from our submission rate. End of day, fundamental biz rule is about risk, profit & lost... Just guessing... |

QUOTE(davkong @ Jun 23 2014, 04:43 PM) Trigon completed, elevated u-turn looks set to complete in time for Sept opening, LRT station and track progressing albeit slowly. Here we can see that R3 (solace) has the orange, green & purple exterior design. R2 (brio) & R1 (vio) don't. Isn't that in developer's brochure?![]() |
