Whoa, drop from rm4/sf to rm2.5? That's a lot! Broadband is a problem in setiawalk. Exabytes not facing any problem?

Parking should be free for a bit longer. At least occupancy for shop office about 40-60%.

Dear YT Teh, I would like to suggest that collection of fund can be done via autodebit. Appreciate your service as treasurer as well as other JMB committee members.

The workers play loud music during lunch time - a real put off. Hard to have a conversation if music is too loud.

QUOTE(Akimoto Shun @ Mar 5 2014, 03:05 AM)
If not mistaken, banks do sign contract with dedicated network provider (in this case, bank islam one maybe TM - Unifi). And given the criticality of the banks customer information and real time monetary transactions, bank network need to run on dedicated infrastructure which vendor will promise better uptime and strict SLAs for issue turnaround time. So, when these contracts are signed, even if the branch is at ulu ulu place, the vendor need to ensure the network setup is there. These contracts are different to normal consumer offering...

Btw, I thought maxis fiber is running on top of tm fiber infrastructure. So... I guess it doesn't open to us doesn't mean it isn't here, it probably mean that there is some leasing contract rules between maxis and tm which tm can have a better rental rate from maxis if they “give place” , unless they can cover that lost from our submission rate. End of day, fundamental biz rule is about risk, profit & lost...

Just guessing...  laugh.gif

Maxis fibre is running on unifi's infra. However they need to install the last mile connection.

only change money and send money
the corner (former snooker) now looks like money changer but upon closer inspection it looks like some kind of millionaire club direct selling or MLM. they even have coffee shop next to 7-11
wonder whether can make money joining this club

Not only those 2 units. There's another restaurant by them on first floor.

Here we can see that R3 (solace) has the orange, green & purple exterior design. R2 (brio) & R1 (vio) don't. Isn't that in developer's brochure?

so PKNS rugi lor?
they bought a soon to be emptied shell company?
we all know without key people a top company can just slowly retreat to the back seat
even now eco world can just join with UDA to develop pudu
see how strong people can pull people!
the fate of sw now depends on...the same find the key people

It's PNB not PKNS right?

I'm wondering why is the commercial carpark always seem to have water on surface?
