it's nt an extra lens, it's an add-on standalone lenscamera you can add to your (or any supported) phone, which you can see the viewfinder through software via wifi

and a Sony lenscamera that doesn't support Sony phones? sounds like an oxymoron

I think its bad news.

First of all, its powerful because of S800. In September, more and more phone having S800. So it won't be selling point of XZU anymore.

And since you say other feature like camera, battery etc perform badly, I think XZU will lose out to other phone soon.

Nah stop talking about soon or future lah.. Of course something better and even better will be produced, no ending story.. If worry too much, buy a smartphone 10 years from now.. And still that time u would say something better coming.

Main point is, is it a good device now? As we all know, this beast is one of the best if not the best.. Is it beneficial to have it now? It is useful? Worth your rm2k? Is yes, buy it, if not, passed it.

I will say ultra is one of the best device in the market right now. All my friend impressed with the super big screen and super nice design and super clear display. I felt I'm special while holding this phone. People will keep on staring your phone and wanna play with it.

That's why SONY is rushing to sell XZU if SONY hold it to sell at Sept, seldom people going to buy XZU since got other S800 phone is out Plus, XZU no have LED Flash, poor battery

Do you have this phone? Who says battery is poor? It can easily match Note2 n Mega 6.3. Only users who used it extensively can testify on battery life. Never trust reviewers who uses it only a day or two

Anybody realized that you can't use gesture mode on mini keyboard ??!! It may look like a mini key board but u still be able to swipe from Edge to edge as if its still a full keyboard.thus all ur words will be screwed up.

i can't imagine better battery life considering the processor and the much larger screen... its really incomparable.

i think to me, the only drawback is the full glass everything.

I consistently get minimum 6 hours SOT. If that is not good than I don't know what is considering like you say its processor n display. And this is mainly on 3g on 24/7 . If I use wifi it would be even better.

Why don't you try it yourself. It works very well. Have just updated to latest beta released yesterday. Is a free app - try it

Waiting for the LTE set to be released so at the moment I am unable to test anything. I use swiftkey as my main keyboard. Worked fine on the Xperia Z when I was using it.

I have the paid version. Bought it some time ago when it was on sale. Swiftkey flow.

This keyboard works equally well on my other mega 6.3 n tablet xperia z n previous Mate too.

1 question, how's the camera of this phone?
I saw the review said no flash woh. Is it true?
Feel like jump ship from my Note to this beast.

Look like many people just don't read phone specification, or just expect spoon fed. As for camera wise, you don't expect it out-perform nokia 808 or i would say no problem with daily daylight requirement, but low night performance is weak, but again, it very much depend on one's expectation.
