I always can have it charge to 100% without fail each time but I m using ipad 2.1A charger. Takes about 2.25 hours from about 5%

Lag is subjective. Honestly I find HTC One is more laggy vs this phone n S4. Especially scrolling on blinkfeed is slight jerky n any other 3rd party newsfeed similar type app beats it flatly

I tested 4.2.2 for just 3 days only. Anyway all these lag whichever phone doesn't bother me. Only those highly sensitive users will talk a lot about such stuffs. Seriously does the micro micro sec lag really affect one experience??

Extremely smooth n no video frames drop. Is sharp n crystal clear. I just tested it watching it on 3g. even though is miserably only about 4000kbps download speeds
Sometimes is due to poor network
Do test again later to discount video chip issue

I am streaming it n watch n didn't load video till finish.
Just now tested watching it outside in warong.
Now retested at home still using 3g
Video plays perfectly as before. Btw i am using Boat browser n watching the video in this lowyat page itself

You don't need to do anything.
Just use any pencil n use it as stylus . I have tested at least 6 2B pencils and all work perfectly
I am using a old inkless ballpen as my main stylus now replacing my finger. Not all ballpen work. I found only one out of the 14 I had. Is perfect replacement for my finger n now fingerprint smudges is minimal.
Update firmware to get better response to pencil or pen

You must be very heavy handed using the pencil. I have been using my ballpen replacing my finger past 10 days on the display n yet to see even a hairline scratch on display. I have no screen protector yet. The pressure of the ballpen point is even heavier than pencil.

I prefer to use ballpen as very good for typing . Is much better n faster than using those softy stylus or finger.

Do you have this phone? Who says battery is poor? It can easily match Note2 n Mega 6.3. Only users who used it extensively can testify on battery life. Never trust reviewers who uses it only a day or two

I consistently get minimum 6 hours SOT. If that is not good than I don't know what is considering like you say its processor n display. And this is mainly on 3g on 24/7 . If I use wifi it would be even better.

Why don't you try it yourself. It works very well. Have just updated to latest beta released yesterday. Is a free app - try it

This keyboard works equally well on my other mega 6.3 n tablet xperia z n previous Mate too.

One handed limited to only Sony keyboard ( select through Chinese keyboard).
Personally feel is dangerous to use phone single handed as chance of One dropping it is high

Just tested on my Kingston 256GB thumb drive through USB OTG : immediately detected n file copy smooth n fast too.

Your HD must be in FAT32 format. Unless phone is rooted, you wont be able to read default NTFS formatted drive. That is for Android OS 4.1.2 and below. For 4.2.2 I am not too sure as I do not have any 1TB NTFS drive. My Samsung 1TB ( in Fat32 format) can be read. Anyway power need required from USB harddrives is higher than thumb drives. Depending on your model , sometimes even on FAT32 format you cannot read it unless you can power up your HD separately

Singapore will be launching this phone ( 99.99% will be LTE based on various sources ) this 15 August

I console myself my place no LTE and probably only in another 2 years time
However if the price is good I might consider upgrading to it

I was using this phone quite heavily today past 8 hours. Here is my battery usage to show again the great battery life. I started at 99% n at 80% battery usage I have recorded 5.75 hours of SOT. This means on same pattern of usage to empty I will hit 7. 2 hours SOT.

I was on internet more than 80% of time ( browsing, email, Whatsapp, tweeter, Facebook, newsfeed) n others about an hour using as pedometer, others are ebook, sms, calls etc. I was 50/50 on 3g n wifi ( both on) with autosync on n bluetooth/gps off.
This is another one together with my past previous postings to show the good battery life. I won't say is excellent but pretty good considering the big size display n high powered processor. Those who still think this phone had poor battery can always check back all my previous postings. It is definitely comparable to Note2 n Mega
