Free viewing for 48 hours seems unfair to those who subscribe to premium channels. As expected from Astro, they're reluctant to waive the amount in the bills.

I wish they would give 17 days instead, given that's how long ABO Bollyone HD preview have.

Astro could have provided a RM50 rebate for the down time instead of opening ALL non-premium channels

Assthrow will do things that have no impact on the financial result. Open up all the non premium channels does not increase its cost while maintaining its revenue. What compensation is this?

How to know the location of Astro branch?
I want to complain.. 555 & 812 always cannot watch... its not due rain or whatsoever.. it always cannot.

Hi, I would like to ask some opinions from you guys:

1) I stay in a condo and the condo management said our dish is old dish and cant support Astro Beyond. The building is only 4 years old.

2) I subscribed astro beyond. 3rd party installer came and said that the HD quality i.e. Signal Strength is there and Signal Quality is not-available for HD. Say he needs to go inside riser to do the settings and I will be able to enjoy HD. But installer also mentioned the management wont allow other people to go in.

3) I speak to the management again and they said no way hosey can get HD.

4) I found out later that there is a contract between Astro and Time to offer IPTV. I investigate further and supplier doing IPTV Astro-Time rejected my request due to high Non-Standard Installation Charges ie RM1400.

5) I go to the management again. They said Time has laid the fibre optic cable bla bla crap. So must go thru Time ie subcribe IPTV.

6) I rest my case.

7) Today Lee Chong Wei badminton finals. I scroll thru the channel. And TA-DAAAAAA I am able to tune into chanel Astro Arena HD 802. In full HD. so nice nya.

8) But other HD chanel not available.

9) Call astro for help. They said 1st time encounter this. And Chanel Arena HD 802 is a new chanel. They will send a technician to check. I will try to arrange the management people to be around.

10) I sense the management is playing balls.

11) Can you guys enlighten me what should i be aware of? The 1st time the astro installer already mentioned to me that the HD signal is available. Now i ada proof.

Please kindly comment and advise.

If yes, I am too and I have been ENJOYING some HD channels during the WORLD CUP BRAZIL 2014 period. However, only 3 HD World Cup channels can watch out of 6.

Also, can watched some HD Commonwealth games channels and Youth Olympic Games.

We refer to your recent email in regard to the HD enquiry for Fox Sports 2 and 3 channels.



Firstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to communicate with us. However, we regret to inform that at the moment we do not have channel capacity to launch Fox Sports 2 and 3 in High Definition. We will definitely broadcast it to the public should there be a confirmation on the changes in any near future.

So looks like there will no longer be HD transmission of F1, MotoGP, NASCAR etc for at least till end of year.

Back to the time b4 ESPN HD was launched.
