UMB menu also down. Currently, users can send sms commands for free:

Prepaid

Prepaid Credit Balance: “Credit” to 28118

UMI Check Balance : “Usage” to 28118

MB Check Balance : “Data” to 28118

Purchase of Data Package : “On <PackageName>” to 28118 (Example: “On UMI30” to 28118 ; “ON MBDay” to 28118)

Postpaid

Postpaid Usage: "Usage" to 28118

Buy Data: "On Boost1" to 28118

Prepaid Top Up

Can be done via IVR by calling 018 388 1328

or via sms "<14-digit top up code>" to 22128

The weird thing is I only see option 1 & 2. There is no 3 to 6. But I just press 6 to reply.

My experience about umobile

In building : Slow Depend location (LG , G)

Outside building : Speed Excellent Depends location

My device: iPhone signal not so good

Test with android: 2 bar signal speed are excellent

My location : Penang Island
