uMobile app still got error connection

Previously when my line goes to inactive period, I can still use my data (if quota still available), now today my line expired, I can't use internet anymore

Further more try to top up but it says wait 15mins, then wait till 4pm, now wait till 11pm....lol

top up got no problem with DIRECT reload, but surely can't proceed with coupon due to FAIL of dialing *118#
