yah sorry I missed that sms part, i meant voice calls only

200 sms is unnecessary these days with all the whatsapp and we chat spamming

would love a balance of voice calls added

I think that you're better off contacting their support team, although I didn't had quite a luck with them(they didn't get what I was asking about , maybe you'll have more luck as it is your personal experience so you know better about it)

For the postpaid plans, you can add a RM8 addon for 80 minutes of calls to other operators though(may or may not suit your case, so you need to analyze it yourself )

guys, i've been told by umobile staffs that they do not have microsim, they only cut the normal sim for ppl , izit true?

It's true and is there something wrong with that?

i've got bad experience with cut sim so would prefer new microsim,
n im shock tat umobile did not provide microsim as other telco had issued that for their demanding customer.

some say that the microsim will provide a better connectivity and coverage while those mini sim that are cut into microsim will have some problems(lost of connection) due to the bad cut

meh, if u really bother the cut sim, y dun u just request for nano sim, and buy the adapter...

umobile does have nanosim rite?

same issue, the nano sim adapter may not fit nicely so.........

Aiya bad connection during raya..sigh only can msg frens who use umobile, no 3g or edge..means no internet!miahaha..but last night already ok.
Wait for other raya to see the connection..hehehhe

I had connectivity problems with Maxis's 2g and 3g services too...... so I ended up using U Mobile's 3g services for the past 2 weeks
