the aircond vent hole is ugly. Can it be changed to other models such as the saga FLX type, waja, mini cooper? the Audi and Mercs ones look nice but I doubt its cheap.

Hye guys. I'd like to ask about my 2nd service interval. In the receipt after the first service it said that i need to send my car after 6 months or 10k km. But on the sticker that they stick inside the car, it said to send the car after 3 months or 5k km. So which one should i follow? Tq in advance for any replies

usually 5k km for service interval. what oil did they use? semi or fully?

Syntium 800 SM 10W/40. Because I ask some of my friends they said that they didn't do the 5k km service. This is my first car, so i'm not too familiar with service procedures

mine done at 1k, 5k, 10k, next coming 15k.
my sc provide only shell oil. using semi HX7

normally for your neo, which brand coolant (for radiator) you guys using?

I tried Redline water wetter and Proton coolant, no significant improvement on cooling. So, I use back the proton ones, cheaper

Hey bro, I've been lurking in here but just never posted anything. Exact same thing happened to me, after 1st service they put the sticker saying next service in 5k km, but service booklet says 10k. Foreman at the SC where I go said that this is a recent change and warranty is good as long as you follow the booklet (every 10k).

No harm servicing early though. But to be safe, can always call your SC directly to clarify. Don't want to risk voiding the warranty.

Owh..actually i always use proton coolant..but some of my friend recommend toyota coolant...i guess i stick with the proton one..

send the car to SC near the dealer which I bought this car and did the 1k servicing + asked them to look at the GPS problem. They unable to do anything on the GPS and asked me to go either to Sg Besi or Mutiara Damansara.

But, I've decided to give the Proton Care a call yesterday evening to asked for the best SC which can fixed my GPS and they asked for my car number and recommend me to go to MD.

Ironically, about an hour after the call, the GPS suddenly 'activated', so to speak, while I was driving. Like its being activated remotely by Proton..

ACE hardware?

Hi..lately my radiator fan is not going off after i stop the engine. Anyone knows whats the problem and fix?
Usually when this happen i got to start the engine back up and stop it again to make the fan goes off. Any feedback is appreciated.

Did u experience any abnormal temperature rises?..the fan keep on after drive mostly happening in exora where the engine temp is high..better check with PDT for more details..
