Hi, my car is having a very bad and very strange problem now. Need your advice before sending the car to workshop.

Strangely, one of the spark plug (from the rightmost cylinder if u see it from above) popped out. It turns out that the thread is also loose. I cannot screw it back (got free play).

What could be the cause? And how to solve this problem? definitely I need to bring my car to workshop but I wanna know your opinion to avoid being chopped by the workshop.

Very sad right now cry.gif cry.gif

Hi fellow neo owners, I would appreciate your advise regarding misaligned front bonnet and rear boot. Has anybody faced this issues before regarding the satria neo cps?

If i go to any SC (authorized) would they be able to solve/replace the following misaligned items? Also, the stock air intake box seems to be rubbing against the hood which has cause some scratches towards it...sigh.

PS: Car is totally new and stock sad.gif

check body for accident

check engine and ATF fluid
