QUOTE(icemanfx @ Aug 10 2013, 07:29 PM) Why only singaporean? what about indon, bangladeshi, iranian, arabs, chinese, russian, burmese, japanese, korean, etc? hahahaha and the main factor that majority cant even afford to buy the property, i think it's more than enough to overshadow other factors....the economy isnt going to get good anyway.... |

QUOTE(AmayaBumibuyer @ Aug 10 2013, 09:15 PM) Yeah Nestle it is a good stock. But it is too xpnsive to gain for a 1 cent increase translate into percentagewise. If you play penny stocks a 1 cent increase is a lot percentagewise. Eg if you buy rm10.00 Maybank and increase to rm 10.10. U just gain 1%. I buy 50 cents price of stock and dat stock increase to 60 cents. I just gain 20% worth of return. You hav to pick ur penny stock wisely though. And this i cant give any advice, look at the financial accts for that particular company and make an educated decision. But penny stocks is really risky. Anytime it can tutup kedai then total loss. And political change will take a long time to effect the price of property. Maybe will take years. I guess high risk, high return. |

And then make an educated decision, then hope for the best. Very volatile when bad news like earthquake in Japan thing, well if u have balls, u buy more to push your total average holdings down. But yeah, very risky..I guess high risk, high return. |

QUOTE(accetera @ Aug 9 2013, 06:00 PM) Probably less than 100,000 people but they say what Malaysia properties are not enough to feed their needs. How to be so rich to buy so many property...I envy those who can buy a lot of property. Hence my auntie neighbour buys 3 properties in Australia. *Country Garden is rumored to be mulling a similar Highrise City in Klang Valley. Beware of their number of units. |

QUOTE(Rooney1985 @ Aug 11 2013, 06:27 PM) You too can do it... Start by selling off your car, dump your gf and eat nasi lemak kosong three meals a day... Lol!!! Jusssttttt kidding... Lol!!! Perhaps selling off an expensive car and change to a affordable car isn't a bad idea.... as car will only depreciate immediately after you bought it...Monthly income x 12 = this used to be the factor bank would determine the car loan.. but now it may balloon up to 15 x.... with 7 - 20 years repayment This means, a person with monthly income of 3000 should only buy a car of <36,000.... somehow you see many young executives driving a Vios / Civic but earning <5000 Better buy a medium cost apartment (150k) with rental income of 700 and with only 7 years repayment loan, instead of buying a Honda CRV with 7 years financing and keep depreciating.... Car sellers will kill me for this... This post has been edited by XtraLeoGecko: Aug 11 2013, 06:47 PM |

During the real-estate boom, Spanish house prices rocketed, rising by an incredible 200 per cent from 1996 to 2007, before plunging back down to earth when the bubble burst.
"It is a good time to buy property in prime locations at the right price. In the best areas of Barcelona city and Marbella it is possible to buy properties at a 50 per cent discount from 2007 prices," says Alexander Vaughan of Spanish estate agent Lucas Fox. a two-bed apartment in southern Costa Blanca for €55,000 (£47,355) http://www.independent.co.uk/ Condo price in Spain is cheaper than KV. Consider the following:
Fact 1 >>> Salaries are not rising in tandem with cost of living + appreciation of new property launches. For example, my accouting industry only gives minimum token increment every year and nowadays MNCs under shared services will CAP all annual bonus to 2 or 3 months only maximum. And promotion is super intense as almost everyone especially ladies are studying accounting/finance. Fact 2 >>> Affordable housing are not sufficiently provided, especially the middle market (PR1MA market) that will not opt for PPR/SPNB/PKNS. Fact 3 >>> Malaysians have to make Car Purchases as priority because the need to commute to work when public transportation system is not feasible, non-existence or poor service and poor coverage and for security reasons. |

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Aug 12 2013, 12:04 AM) Means even cars are expensive in Malaysia people still keep on buying cars and cars in Malaysia didnt crash. And Madrid the capital of spain the apartments are actually more than euro 100k, so basically not cheaper than KV. Maybe you should compare property prices in Kelantan, Terengganu or Kedah. There are very affordable properties available there. |
