good way to get them normal, but dont feed too much cause his legs are weat instead try feed some raw meat at night or afternoon, interchange...

how old your GR? its just normal for them to get excited when got food la, but they must learn to sit and not jump/eat while you pouring the food...

usually if too young abit hard la, but still can...

i start by pouring then if she go to eat I go like "aiiiiiiii" in a firm tone, sometimes have to give a spank on the backside...

if still insist then stop pouring and keep saying sit/stay in a firm voice until she/he sits, then pour again, if goes to eat hold him/her just a few inches away from the food and keep saying sit/stay until they calm down, then praise and let them go...

my GSD now i go inside also will wait until i say "ok eat" then she eat...

if I call her while eating she comes but not all the time... but if i tell her "girl no, come here" (cause eating other pups food) then she stop eating and come to me...

my lab also learning but still young so sometimes can sometimes cannot...

also it will be slightly easier if they are hungry, but make sure above 6 months then do that...

i still feel mix between raw, dry food, and rice...

i buy nutri edge stage 1 for RM40 (3.6kg bag), anyone else get any cheaper and from where?

oh another thing i prefer if the dog food sink when you put in water and not float...

if it sinks you know they put good quality ingredients (meat) and if it floats well.....
some superpremium dog food also floats...

nutriedge sinks...

hmmm , she was born on the 6/12/2005 , according to her 'pet health record' , she was at 12kg on 9/3/2006 ....22.2kg @ 3/7/2006 . if it's impossible for a 3 months old to weigh 12kg , the only possibility is the breeder fake the date of birth ..

...your boy starts running wild now ?

actually is not advisable to buy such a big pack for a small or medium size dog..
d nutrition tend to lost after prolonged exposure to d atmosphere....
coz whenever u open d container, ur exposing it 2 d surrounding....

better buy a package tat ur dog can finish in a month

From my dad's point of view... ProFormance is good for large breed dogs... it's a super premium brand... erm... can't remember the price loh but it should be Rm130 plus...

Nutriedge is about Rm135 for adults.... I'm not sure about puppies...

yeah... i tried mixing it in the rice cooker... Fooohhhh... my kitchen sticks... hahahaha... can smell the kibbles smell from the living room.. hahah... but he did finish all .... the last few dyas have been busy so i only give him dry kibbles.. nothing else.. he ate all ... but have actually write out a food plan.. decided to give him ricece with canned dog food and kibbles on saturdays, kibbles during weekdays.tonight might give him a better treat.. cos ill be free.. might cook up some sausages.. hehe... thanks for your suggestion.

Still no one giving advise on teh steroids?? anyone heard of steroid injection for dogs?? to make them grow muscle??
