no. it doesnt have SSD. if you want to upgrade to SSD, the pricing for SSD is 128GB for RM300+/- and 256GB for RM600+/-.

any light and slim design is not recommended for heavy usage like gaming or long hours rendering, as excessive heat will be trapped inside the laptop and damage the internal components. however, you can look at these :

illegear is a brand which sells customizable laptops. it is just exactly like sager, which they brought back the laptop chassis from taiwan manufacturer, Clevo and build it under their name.

I think you probably will want a FHD screen (1920x1080), a good screen panel (IPS) with proper colour calibration?
For professional video editing, you actually need a pretty good CPU + GPU combo, a SSD (so that video files load up and save fast).
In addition, you are looking for light and slim

a Full HD with IPS panel is good for the screen as well..... will try ask Prince J bout his product that u mention above

in term of spec, z400 better then l40 , but both same with glossy screen, non removed-able battery.

yup, sifu you are right. All w230st re-sellers sites so far does not provide option to customise screen panel
well, IPS (iirc, it's the same used in Asus ZenBook) panel should be pretty good.
