I suggest you leave out the links that directs to your website and put them in your signature instead~

May I know the procedure to claim the warranty and its overall estimated duration? Last I heard you are planning to do the repairing locally instead of sending back to oversea for the procedure?

Its is extremely vital for you to solidified that aspect as that is the sole aspect that separating the buyer between Sager with Alienware.

Hi mr docter,

Please don't mix up our products with sager. Although sager and illegear are literally the same in terms of build, quality and even from the same manufacturer, illegear laptop is assembled for Malaysia distribution.

We, as a Malaysia distributor, all warranty repairs are served locally. Please visit http://www.illegear.com/warranty for our warranty info. and repair time frame.

Thanks for the clarification man notworthy.gif
The repair time frame, if adhered to, is very impressive thumbup.gif

May I know where are the service centers bro? Sorry if I've missed out in the link notworthy.gif

Hi pf tj,

ATM we only offer onsite repair within Singapore and Johor region, the rest of Malaysian regions' customer need to send their laptop back to reseller's shop where they purchase from, or our office located at Johor via mail-in or carry-in method. ILLEGEAR will pay for return shipping to customers' address.

Yes the repair term is very accurate, unlike any other vendor's distributor, we do keep lot of spare parts sitting around in our warehouse. Rather than passing your laptop to be fixed by 3rd party service center and ends up like 1 month plus of waiting time(due to part ordered from oversea), all illegear laptops are repaired by our own personnel, using local spare parts.

We do also have one-to-one exchange policy with both way shipping coverage for laptop fails within 14 days of purchasing.
http://www.illegear.com/exchange

Per our sager experience, this kind of laptop fails after 14 days is less than 1% probability.

This is very good news indeed. You should make another branch @ Penang to cover Northern Regions too! laugh.gif

just wondering, any chance of bringing in AMD based gaming laptop like MSI GX60? or perhaps even a budget 13-14" gaming laptop with AMD APU only?

not that i need a new laptop, but it's always good to know what's around and more options... laugh.gif

Hi astria,

Yes of course we would like to bring in AMD laptops if we have the chance.

By the way, the GX60's 7970M is bottlenecked by the A10 4600M heavily, you can google for more information. (Sorry for out of the topic)

yeah i am aware of that... but choices are always good...

maybe sth more mainstream should u opt for AMD... the integrated graphic is plentiful enuf at resolutions like 1366x768
