QUOTE(LCL01 @ Sep 20 2013, 03:55 PM) Nash, what's the annual increment like for non-core (e.g finance) department? i believe exxon style they have like "force ranking" which to determine who will get good increment from each department, you are good performer, more than 10% should be no problem, some people got up to 15-20%, and from what i know, seldom HR expose the "salary bend" for each level, depend on which CL are you (^__^) This post has been edited by nash9701: Sep 21 2013, 12:23 PM

I've gone through that situation long time ago, if you think there's nothing can do about it, then it's time to seek new opportunity, until that, you still need to complete your work as you've been paid, there still a lot people out there that not as lucky as we.... QUOTE(meonkutu11 @ Sep 12 2013, 05:47 PM) If anyone thinking to sit for IADC/IWCF well control course to boost their career (which I dont know it happens or not), I suggest you have/read some basic drilling knowledge and principles and also the well control equipments. Secondly, please choose the correct training provider. Some instructors will teach you how to answer the exam questions without telling the theory behind it and this will make you struggle. And if you want, I suggest you start with IADC first... I'm not telling that you will not pass the exam but for your benefit especially for those who are self-sponsored,I hope you dont risk your usd2000 for something that you will just stressed your mind thinking to only pass the exam. Just sharing... Poor my friend..he didnt make it...i dont blame him 100% but he choose a wrong training school and also wrong course for a start..as he is from pcsb, i guess he should ask around where is the best training school....
