Most projects sell at future price to justify developer's investment. Do you think they will still sell at RM500psf at this time ? That's RM 274500 for the smallest unit, logical or possible in this time and age? Mah Sing's SOVO is sold at cheaper than RM 650psf, but not exactly the same product offering I'd say.

I would not believe 100% what the SA tell you, as they are trying to sell you a product, but I only believe what they have written in the SPA and DMC, and the written law at the time.

Owners of these units must be prepared that to pay assessment, water, and electricity and telephone bills based on commercial rates, which are generally higher than residential rates.

Despite every negative comments thrown at the location being ulu, SOVO cannot stay and overprice....and is 95% sold. This is certainly a very shocking sales stats to some people. It gives a picture of not many people is afraid of Sg Buloh and SOVO as an investment in property.

How did SDB convinced these buyers to buy SOVO? Is it because of their reputation or these buyers have vision and foresight that leads them to an incredible investment in the end? Whatever...I wish them success!

SA told me this SOVO can be used as residential & commerical. Bought one unit coz they said once completed the rental is around RM4psf, mostly covered the installment amount. Cheapest unit is 462k, anyone interested can check with SA Tracy 0129798662

I rent out my newly opis near klcc only 4.50 leh...
Moat pj address only 2-2.50 nia.
U trust the sa cow also can claim tree lah...

Its truw that laws only said property under schedule h n approved by authority can use as residential.

This sqwhere sovo is approved as comnercial opis.

Malaysia boleh.

Only SOho can stay. Others whatever you try to name it, its purely office. Why not just name this SOHO instead of SOVO?
