Boss accetera, heard Integra's average rental is less than 10? most recent mega tenant with naming rights got a good deal i heard.. Integra is a green tower though..

KL sentral 5-7psf but new towers like NuTowers are struggling..

There are some unsold units hold by agent. SDB units all sold out already. That is why 97%. I heard The Hub even worst. Agent took about 100 units , they only manage to sell 20-30% only.

So the agent wont return back to developer if they cant sell ah? Hub memang too pricey for the area. Some more collapse now... whts the latest construction progress fr sqwhere

The Hub is really nice though, can't wait to see it completed.

SqWhere will only begin construction mid 2015.

Nope, it's not 900psf. The price is 405k for 549sft. It's less than 750psf.

U comparing sofo ah.. i tot sold out? or still selling by those agents? Always remember, expats cant rent sovo n claim fr tax purposes cos its not sch H.

As I know agent still have units. First of all, where you got info expat cannot rent soXo? Secondly, not necessary this kind of of investment only meant for expat.
