Ya, interrupt a bit, at RM0.25 psf including sinking fund only for Foresta

Still trying to undertsand for Ecosky by right with the green certification like energy saving and water harvesting etc, the electricity cost which is the main cost for common areas maintenance should be lower and also lower water charges for washing common areas and watering plants, why the maintenance fee is set so high?

Yeah for those who successfully grabbed the unit(s),is a good buy for me.

By the way I purposely drove to MS Lake Ville site to hv a look,wonder how MS will market this project after seeing EW so succeed in promoting its project.

I guess more or less the same as Block A ...

I could verdict a slightly better view compare to Block A and B due to ....

Block C's facing North / Pool is mirror to the units of Block A facing South / Pool, with both also facing the rear of Block B either side. However, I see the podium and pool btw Block B and C is nicer compare to the pool between Block A and B.

Meanwhile, Block C's facing South is mirror to the units of Block A facing North, where both totally not facing any facilities, podium, pool or shoplot but other surrounding area. At this, Block C's units would be premium due to chances of KLCC and clear KL view while Block A facing North is facing Tesco or Batu Caves.

Of course, Block C would be at least higher premium compare to Block A and B.

Your unit would be facing Block A, based on your description of aerial views.

Bro, facing West is facing behind / Tmn Wahyu PPR / Lake .... while facing Retail Shop / Jalan Ipoh / KL is East Units ....
