I spent about 1 hour at the gallery just now. There were many ppl there already. I think its gonna be a sell out this Sunday. Units come with the following:

2 individual carparks (1 cp for smaller units)
Completion mid 2017 (4 years)
DIBS scheme
Free SPA legal fees
Free loan legal fees
Free front door grills
Free 4 aircons (3 ac for 2 bedroom units)
Free kitchen cabinets (top & bottom)
Free washing machine (Electrolux)
Free hood & hob (Electrolux)

Booking fee is RM 10K. Downpayment is 7%. But this 7% (less the 10K) can be paid by credit card with 36 months interest free installments (Maybank, CIMB and Hong Leong credit cards). Once you have paid this 7%, you pay nothing else for the next 4 years.

The block being launched is Block B (with a name which I cant remember now). They changed from Block A because majority of the buyers wanted the bigger units and Block B has the most number of 3 bedroom units. From the model, I think Block B is actually the best.

I find it the price is very steep for investment. 650psf with 20% INC during vp. Which come 750 to800 psf. That will be 800k for a condominium. Installment will be close to 4k. Then maintenance .40cents. Thats whopping almost 5k a mth. Will there such a demand for that ?

Yup I just called up too, Block A changed to Block B launching sad.gif

Personally I think Block A KLCC view has the best units, while Block B, one is facing highway comes with free traffic noise, while the back facing other low cost housing plus dirty ponds yawn.gif

I just went last weekend, now developers can change strategy so fast one... rclxub.gif

Arent there already condos in Puchong going for 700+ psf? If that's so, I don't see why getting 750psf in 2017 is not possible. But bearing in mind the possibility of a property slump in 2015/2016.

If we solely look at best view unit, it should be block C facing south...totally unobstructed.

As for Block B, there are only two units a type D facing west. Two facing north, two facing south and six facing south....

If let's say Block A sold out by internal staffs, I think Ecosky is really a good buy!

My guess is Block A all good units ald reserved for internal people while not so good units of Block A will be released later with higher pricing depends on the sales of Block B brows.gif

This Sunday we will see another BBB cos Ecoworld spent a lot of marketing $$$ to advertise on radio, newspaper and even flyers to residents staying in Kepong notworthy.gif
