This one I am pretty sure it won't happen... If you look at SetiaWalk concept, you will understand why and how... Moreover the leasing of the. 35-nos commercial lots are handled by EcoWorld's leasing team....

May i know the rate for residential unit??

Around RM650/sf?

Residential units will be launched this weekend too?

This is just conceptual model, I believe there will be a realistic, bigger model on launching day.

Yes. It is going to be opened for reservation on Sunday 22nd Sept in conjunction grand opening of their sales gallery.

650PSF is indicative pricing. Please go there to know more about it before Sunday. Don't just BBB. Nothing is sure win or sure meet your criteria regardless for own staying or investment or for hogging,,, nod.gif

Heard from the radio about this project. Browsed their webpage, but not much info inside. Called the developer and was told there will be a official viewing tomorrow. 860sf(?!) onwards, RM600k - 3% early bird rebate. Base on this info, psf about RM678.

After 1 hour of transiting from tasik selatan via KTM, I have finally arrived at Taman Wahyu station. The journey is all good - no packing cabin like sardine, great air con, nice train stations.

I had to change train at KL Sentral station though. Else I should reach Taman Wahyu less than 1 hour.

Now where is the overhead bridge to cross over the other side .... Hmmmm
