Some info:

There will be 3 towers. Block A consists of 39 storey with 298 units. There will be 10 units in a floor.
Ranging from 861 sq ft, 904 sq ft, 1044 sq ft, 1141 sq ft and 1227 sq ft.
861 and 904 sq ft comes with 1 car park while the rest with 2 car parks.
Price is from 650 sq ft onwards, before discount. Discount will be deducted from the downpayment.

Just called and confirm block B will be opened for reservation not booking on Sunday. Sunday is actually grand opening of Ecosky office only.
5 type of build up from 900 to 1200sf. Price from 600k to 860k. Those with 3 bedroom comes with 2 car park. Out of 5 types, 3 are with 2 parking.
3% (yet finalised) rebate and dibs. Semi furnished. Free legal on snp n loan.

of course need to pay down payment, the remaining borrow from bank..
borrowing no need to repay interest during the construction.. only start to repay installment when get the key from developer...

if indeed rm650psf, i just realised that this is technically more expensive than uem sunrise latest mk22 launch.
