If given the choice,I will choose unit facing KLCC direction. High floor.

I really didn't realize there is smell of rubbish. Longtime ago, there was smell but the rubbish hill had been relocated. This is where SriUtara Kip Park is located now.

Kommuter stationis about 400-450 meter apart. Covered walkway all the way.

KLCC view I think at least 25flr above..

This one I really have no clue yet. Not too sure any obstruction or not... The three tower are 36-storey?

High floors expensive loh. Each floor add RM2k.

2k each floor?! Many new launching 3-5k each floor, from bottom to top 100-200k different

The first tower launching this Sunday is 41-storey.

2k per floor is quite modest in today's standard...

Whoa. 41-storey. Lowest is let say 8-storey. From there to highest is 66k difference. Difference view. Worth it?

There are 5 main types.A to D size ranging from 861 to 1237. Smaller than 1k is with one CP. larger than that is with two CP.

I will take the larger units I.e. type B or type A. Type B1 and B2 are mirror image...I click LIKE.

As for Type A1 and A2, there are slight difference. One is more squarish making in look wider while the other layout look more longer I.e. rectangularish... I prefer squarish type.

Like anybody who went there, photo taking is strictly prohibited. No artist impression is placed there except IPad slides.

Yup, no photography allowed there. Personally, will go for smaller units. Cos bigger units all facing Jalan Ipoh, am afraid of noise pollution.
