10 units per floor, 5 passenger lifts+1 service lift

Anyway when tower c is built I doubt there's any klcc view for you..

10 units per floor. 5+1 lift for entire block.... The +1 is service lift.

the blocks seems quite close to one another.
what's the other area within the site used for?
retail? shoplots? parks?

I know there was a USF showroom there.. Some lofty buildings used for trading and also carpark for USF....

12 units per floor. Total six lifts, one of it is service lift.

Depends which block you are referring to.
Block Aurora front face KLCC, back face Tesco. Block Balista front face Jalan Ipoh, back face flat. Block Clarita front face shops or Tesco, back face KLCC.

Retail units, all centered around a landscape park/plaza, much like setia walk puchong but half the the size

Block A to be launched 1st? Will C block A? If so, looks like block C KLCC view is best bet...but...last block to be released? hmm... sweat.gif could be 20% higher in price compared to early launch... rclxub.gif

I think 10 units per floor lah.... Basalta namely volcanic rock while Clarita means clarity or bright I supposed.

i doubt the smallest units are available for the public.

heard it will be internally sapuéd by staff and mgt, vips and biz associates

hope this is not true. Given this ES is the maiden project in KV, EW shld reserve some units for the public as part of brand branding and not following the bad practice by some developers

Oh, sorry. My fault. Block Basalta is correct. Anyhow, today SA told me twelve units per flr woh. Not sure.
