Bro are u aware of indicative psf?

No idea yet bro ... could be approximately RM 650 psf like other bros mentioned here.

rm 650 psf before discount. Early bird 3%，booking fee rm 10k

650psf is common these days but 3% rebate seems too little nowadays...most of the prop release will come with 5% rebate at least...

SA told me price range from 500k -800k. Rm650 psf

at least a plus point...I will drop by and have a look on sunday...anyone going?
