No idea. Different concept of dev ( condo vs mixed dev ) , facade huge difference, Fourtune Lakeside Perdana is Leashold while EcoSky is Freehold and also different location, should be diff pool of buyers / investors / holding power buyers and by different developer profile n its background.

If buying for own stay, FLP is good price at matured location. Investment wise, no idea.

So is this consider good buy if 650-700psft?
i think with the name of developer, sure will around this price...700psft maybe?

compared tis ecosky to sentul east (fennel, cowsper), this ecosky is nearer to Kl city centre rite?

Distance wise, fennel or Sentul is closer to KLCC...moreover Sentul developed by YTL as whole package with offices...plus LRT at Sentul timur plus kommuter at Sentul....

Just visited their sales gallery over the weekend.
Main concern is the traffic flow.
If we want to go to KL, we either make a U-turn at Batu Caves roundabout(MRR2) or we need to pass by Tmn Wahyu and get out to Jln Kuching via Jln Kepong. sad.gif
Another option is to take commuter(there will be linked way to commuter station from EcoSky) but their schedule is not reliable.

Any views?

At 650psf for this project, even if the old SP Setia is doing it, or Tan & Tan is doing it, I also tak mau
