compared tis ecosky to sentul east (fennel, cowsper), this ecosky is nearer to Kl city centre rite?

Wonder if they give further discount to ppl that dun need dibs or not? These days they tend to build dibs into selling price but not many ppl qualify for 90% these days.

developers price push inflation.
usually these developers have large plot of land with many new launches...they can ensure their future launches are priced higher than currrent launch...

improved version of Swp because the common facilities more canggih, and also higher maintenance fee.

as far as my limited knowledge of common facilities in SWP, they only have tiny gardens here and there and one small wading pool nia.... and no KLCC skyline view....
