Let me explain why I don't believe. From Taman Wahyu goes all the way to KIP Park Sri Utara, all the lands are LH. Just not convince the 9+ acre of Ecoworld can be FH out of the same rectangular land.

In fact, Taman Mastiara, Taman Tasik Indah and Kiara East are also all LH.

I gotta standby by seeing is believing... rolleyes.gif

Hihi, u need to call tan Sri liew to clarify. How come the land is freehold.? Anyway, according to their staff. Confirm is freehold. Oredy knew long time ago. Is not a news.....

It was in the news that DRB Hicom owned land is freehold and this was bought over by EcoWorld. You guys can view here:

If u do, I am quite sure u will like this a little bit or even more.

The diff is ( if I not mistaken ) this is GBI building, 3 high lvl skydecks at service apartments at Lvl 1, mid lvl and top lvl, slightly different facade for each 3 blocks, can see all the greenery above the shop-offices rooftops, more than double ceiling to triple ceiling at sky garden for luxury functions, double entry / frontage for shops, easy accessibility entry / exit to the shops, apartments and car parks. And, build up covered pedestrian walk way directly to KTM.

Looks like tan sri or his son is going to make their first bang outside SPS and shine with this project after setiawalk seems like have certain shortcomings

Certainly a project which in their mind not allow to fail...
