QUOTE(Little Backpacker @ Sep 11 2013, 03:18 PM) Just visited their sales gallery over the weekend. so how much the final price now? Main concern is the traffic flow. If we want to go to KL, we either make a U-turn at Batu Caves roundabout(MRR2) or we need to pass by Tmn Wahyu and get out to Jln Kuching via Jln Kepong. Another option is to take commuter(there will be linked way to commuter station from EcoSky) but their schedule is not reliable. Any views? |

As I mentioned, I want to buy for own stay, not flip. I compared these 3 nearby development only as my intention is to stay near parents so easier to take care of them. Excuse if my statement mislead the investors, flippers, taiko.... So, do you have any suggestion if I'm aiming around Jln Kuching area, nearby Selayang? |

If you don't need public transportation, Selayang18 could be value for money...500PSF. I know Kiaraville is plain crazy greedy pricing. Boulevard Service apt is not my preferred developer. Boulevard Service apt is not my preferred developer. Lakeville is facing HTC and dirty lake.... Agreed with you. KiaraEast is over priced, higher than this EcoSky and afterall, I can't comprehend why they named it Kiara as it's misleading. For Lakeville, the lake chased me off instead and $ is not attractive too. I visited Selayang 18 and I'm late with not many units left to choose. (Waiting for drop out from rejected loan) PS: I have slight concern on the public transport though cause there is only bus connecting BBS hence looking at other development now and surveying this EcoSky. Anyway, thanks for your superb fast reply!!! |

Launched on Sept 22
The mixed development will consist of 36 retail units and 940 high-rise residentials, with sizes measuring from 861 to 1,227 sq ft. Chang estimates the selling price for the units to range from RM600 to RM650 per sq ft. ![]() More details: http://www.starproperty.my/index.php/artic...30bil-projects/ This post has been edited by elice: Sep 13 2013, 11:17 AM |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Sep 13 2013, 01:30 PM) EcoSky launched on 22nd Sept also meh? Despite most of them are ex-SPS staff, they need to have amazing efficiency in order to launch 2 maiden projects on the same day, center and south. As per my understanding, 22nd Sept is the launching date of Eco Sky Sales Gallery in conjunction of EcoBotanic ballot date. Not the launching of the project and for sales. Launching Ecosky sales gallery is most likely, as mentioned in the news. |
