Our Daniel needs some details so he can report to Visa.

Just giving your ending 4-digit number or some screen shots will be helpful cos he needs details for Visa to investigate.

I have highlighted this to RHB and I have actually contacted Visa on this matter. Since it is not eligible that time, I already made the booking using another Visa card from another bank.

Daniel doesn't really need our card detail or screenshot to check on this or to prompt further investigation.

I have reported to VISA and they need some info for investigation.
However, today is wednesday, anyone volunteer to perform the tranx and send the print screen to us?

You don't need to perform the actual transaction to see whether it is eligible or not. Just card number will do. Since you claimed you are from the bank, surely you can check on this easily.

I will send the screenshot if RHB is able to issue a statement that RHB VS is eligible and will compensate me with the 5% that I would otherwise obtain if I have used RHB VS.

Seriously, we (cards management) never receive this complaint until i read this thread.
Therefore, on behalf of RHB Bank Credit Cards, we want to apologise for the miscommunication on this matter.

I just checked and i still have the record of my phone calls made to RHB and Visa. Like I mentioned, if you have the will to investigate, it can be done easily from your side

Can u at least give the date and time of your phone call to RHB / Visa so that Daniel can retrieve

Its hard to check since I need to cross check with so many diff department.
Nvmd.. i will try to perform a few testing at Agoda & forward the result to VISA.

Just inform AGODA to get the latest Visa Signature numbers (first 8-digits) to be recognized as VISA in their system.

Either RHB didn't update or Agoda didn't receive new update.... as the RHB VS is a new VISA card introduces 6 months ago.

I have provide the print screen to VISA. They will check and update the Signature bin accordingly.

There is only one Wednesday left before the 5% rebate promo by VS ends.

Today I went to RHB Paradigm Mall to apply for their 10-min Card Issuance.
I was impressed with their system to get me Approved, card emboss-ready & activated within 30 mins.
Faster than Citibank, Maybank

Totally paperless as well (except printing the EPF statement).

Wat promo is this, with any rhb cc? and any days?
