anyone knows what's up? and this made me check my statements all the way back from Oct 2024 >> July 2025..

Found for spotify cb under utility, the last 10 months: 5 get, 5 no get.

Oct 24 = no get
Nov 24 = get
Dec 24 = get
Jan 25 = get
Feb 25 = no get
Mar 25 = no get

EDIT: to add, it is auto-billing and auto-debited on the 8th every month..

so does it mean if fall under "Spotify PXXXXXXX Stockholm SE" then no longer under utility category?

I wonder if we can ask rhb why there's discrepancy and whether they will reimburse cashback for those Spotify PXXXX transactions..

RHB Shell VISA revision is a total disaster. Now to include oversea spending on a petrol card. Any alternatives?

I fully paid back my rhb shell cc usage and only saw this forum that on 30th they will issue the cashback, what happens to my cashback since im deciding to cancel the card? Reimbursement ?

I have not received the cb yet. Im assuming im getting it on 30th july and then I just call rhb to proceed with cancelling? What happens to the cashback in account tho? It'll be -50 since I already paid the full statement.

Don't know what RHB is smoking to call the revision as enhanced benefis. I hope RHB can listen to customers by removing the minimum spend per category and give cashback % based on total spend just like other cards from competitor banks.
