SAVE RM2000 +1.8%
PAY 3 bills +0.75%
SPEND RM1k +0.75%

Max 3.3% done

consider uob one if u have 100k

now RHB SMART ACC --- for normal ,

can get ---> 0.05 + 1.8 + 1.5 ==> 3.35% .....

and this need to pay x9 bill .

seems so convoluted although they quote examples >6% interest. UOB one still preferable, more straightforward, need 2 categories only.

on top of multiple conditions, the Bonus categories (Spend, Pay, Convert, Trade) only will be granted conditional upon Incremental balance of Monthly Average Balance, means every month have to monitor to make sure the bank account balance is increasing and cannot reduce. Sounds like alot of work but the rates are attractive

Has anyone been targeting the latest Smart campaign?

When does RHB credit the special "bonus" rates? Is it on the 15th of the month, or sometime later?

For some reason, I am not seeing the bonus for the Joy@Work. Anyone faces simialr issue?

This is my transaction for last month
"SAVE" bonus came in 15th
Then the rest came in bulk on 20th


I can't see in details.

What's included in the 20th credit. Do you know what you qualified for and does it tally?

I did received sms from RHB that my smart account is in new "prevailing" product rate and to be received by 3rd week of the month.
Hence I assume these bonuses are for my smart account.
I roughly know which I am qualified but didnt do any calculation to tally it.

I am confused now as the "spend" interests I used to get on the 15th has stop.

I have no idea what is "retail deposits".

Everything except SAVE is now credited on thr 20th under RHB Retail Deposits

Right. But means without breakdown, customers will not know what is for what. And the App doesn't tell if the targets have been achieved. Have to manually keep track.

Eligible Participant(s) will receive notification updates via email on the Bonus Rates fulfilled on
a monthly basis. If the Eligible Participant(s) did not provide RHB their email address details
when the CASA/-i was opened previously, they will not receive any notification updates.
However, Eligible Participant(s) can submit or update their email address by submitting the
request via Secured Message in RHB Online Banking or walk in to the nearest RHB Branch.

I didn't receive either. Their system setup is incomplete.

In the past, I was get the monthly email for previous Smart campaign.

The CS told me the other bonus interest will be given in 3rd week of the following month... but, no specific date..

But, I cant find in the TnC on the 3rd week of the following month ...

I received sms from RHB on 3rd week


I guess my other bonuses will come in 3rd week.

last week should consider as 3rd week of April, no?
