normally, there are few pages that NEED your signature/consent before bank take ACTION (to subscribe/to charge)

it is your own responsibility to READ all the pages, understand it carefully, asks questions, etc before signing it.


feel free to argue with the bank.

if filling forms, normally (if possible), i would just cross-out the whole section too. this is to prevent staff from fake signing that section if you leave the section unmarked/uncrossed. it's a b&w proof that we did not agree and consented to it.

tried to cancel rhb shell-islamic card, today call back offering:

1) 2 years AF waiver until 2027
2) SST auto-rebate after i unlock my card in portal. i locked it after called CS to terminate the card on 27 Jan.

told CS this card has no usage, unlikely to get SST rebate, she said the auto-rebate will be credited regardless.

still shell to maximize the rhb-shell card (i got both, conventional and islamic)

each bank's approval policy is different la ... there is no standardized, single approval processes & policies to follow

getting approved by 1 bank doesnt GUARANTEE you with other bank's approval la

also someone who get approved by 1 bank doesnt guarantee you can get approved with the same bank also.

no direct topup from rhb app to tng ewallet la

yes for any payment inside the station, as long as it has SHELL in the txn description
