How long did it take for the SST rebate to be reflected on your account? I contacted them 3 weeks ago and they said will give me a rebate with no conditions (as my account already met their required conditions)...yet nothing till now.

Guys, if we pay RM200 for Utility transaction on Thursday, can we get cashback under both the Government/Utility (RM10) and E-com Tier 1 (RM16)?

On a separate note, anyone got the Everyday Deals cashback for Q1 2023 already?

It's based on transactions posting on your statement month on a T-1 basis, i.e. 22nd of Month A to 21st of Month B.

Guys I paid Maxis bill via the Maxis app at 12mn on this past Thursday...today I see the transaction is captured as Wednesday, posted on Friday.

How come??? I only requested the OTP after the clock hit 12mn, the SMS also shows 12mn.

OTP:

I input OTP code within a few seconds...by 12:00:10 it was done.

So why transaction date captured as 26/04/2023?

Sorry my bad (amended my post above), the transaction date captured on the RHB app/website is 26th of April.

Wait, but RHB's own capture of the transaction is 26th on their app and website.

Maxis app ironically shows the transaction as 27th!

So how come it can be like this? And what do you mean by follow RHB time? Can their time show 12:00:10 on 27th, but then capture as 26th on their app/website?

So ultimately what would RHBs internal servers not visible to us are likely to capture it as? 26th or 27th?

But how can everyday cashback be more competitive than the Ecomm? I did a couple utility and government payments, has to qualify for this since I qualified for Ecomm.

Unless it is only 1 cashback campaign per transaction??

RM416.67 spend at the highest tier (12% cashback). A couple can easily achieve this amount of petrol spend a month.

On lower tiers, need to spend more.

Shell not just petrol spend, it is ANY spend where you pay by credit card. Including Shell select, TnG card topup, and TnG eWallet reload pins.

Not so much credit card, but income. That's the largest factor behind high limits. Or pledged FDs.
