Found the relevant campaign from the RHB website but it runs until 15th August though. The Bank says "Eligible Cardholders will receive the RHB Loyalty Points within four (4) to six (6) weeks after the Campaign Period ended" so the Points received might relate to another campaign

I apply via Ringgitplus and got the RM500 tngwallet and now got the additional RM 225 from RHB itself I guess

Petrol categories easy to get? Think not so many people drive to petrol station at 12am monday to pump and not all petrol station still opening lo.

Update on e-Commerce promotion Q2
Telephoned RHB on 21/08/23
Was told that the cashback for e-Commerce Q2 had already been paid and that it was a very competitive promotion.
Received RM 0 for Quarter 2 - so competitive

Got ambiguous response from RHB that Q2 eCOM has been paid to my card. I don't see any credit limit increase nor do I know "has been" == today or some day ago. Have to check at 4am later.

Hi Everyone

The cashback/promotion specialist team of RHB took a few days to investigate my report of non-receipt of E Commerce cashback quarter. They confirmed that the cashback had been credited on 15th August 2023.

I did receive RM 170 cashback on 15th August. I remember that beLIEve also received cashback which matched his/her offline spend. Could RHB have made an error somewhere?

Attached the terms and conditions of 4 campaigns

1) E Commerce Campaign Q1 - think most received cashback without any issues.
2) Everyday_Deals_Campaign Q2 - the cashback was reportedly paid on 15th August. But whether this included e Commerce transactions was not clear.
3) Everyday Deals Q3 - ongoing
4) RHB i Usage Campaign - which offered 10,000 Reward Points per RM 200 online spend - ran from 16th April to 15th August 2023. But my family and I received 602,000 Points each on 4th August before the campaign actually ended.

I wonder whether there have been errors on RHB's side. But since it was the cashback/promotion team of RHB which gave a reply - it could be the Bank's final decision

Any thoughts anyone?

Suggestions:

Reload TNG e-wallets (you may choose to pay 1% fee so the funds are transferable if necessary).
Reload few minutes before midnight, enter OTP first, then wait, and submit TAC few seconds before midnight.
Chances are better when the time in TNG receipts show 12:00:00AM or 12:00:01AM
The times used for the competition are the times of successful completion of reloads - NOT the times of OTP generation
*Also, the campaign minimum spend is RM 200. When the times were the same among participants, those who had spent/charged more would win. So, suggest reloading RM 300-350 per day to have better chances. Guess that many customers only reload RM 200 so lose out

Also buy vouchers in Z City apps such as Shell vouchers to sell to friends etc

I got RM72 over maybe 10-15 eWallet top-ups.  Don't know which ones won the cashback. Haven't done in the last 2 months. Afraid to be sleepyhead too often in the office. Maybe trying again in the last 2 weeks of Q3.

1) Does retail spend for tier calculation include transactions from gov related payment& charity? I know for cashback is excluded but I want to know for tier calculation do they exclude too?

2) Auto debit payment for utility can get cashback or need to pay manually?
