To whoever said government payment (cukai pentaksiran DBKL) qualifies for the monthly spending bracket, you are wrong. Including the RM288 cukai my total spend above rm2.5k but I only got 2nd tier cashback.

First time won something from RHB, second time from credit card. Small small. The other day RM5 from HL Wise. Both times I use as per normal, didn't know have a campaign, see see dapat some cashback rewards.
When I check back my transactions, see I got this for paying DBKL cukai taksiran. Time paid around 2am
